Students will learn advanced skills in software technology which includes; document processing, spreadsheet management, business presentations, database management and telecommunications. Additional training in Office Technology, Legal Terminology, Legal Transcription, Legal Office Procedures, Records Management, Employability, Professionalism, some Internet Technology and Voice Recognition if time permits.

Graduates of the program can pursue careers as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Court System Clerk, Insurance Office Support, Bank Legal Department.

Students are encouraged to take the Microsoft Computer Application Specialist Certification tests. Each certification earned is a college credit. 16 hours of college credit can be awarded upon completion and applied towards a two year Associates Degree.
