Brenda Mills graduation Marshall University with a BA in Business Education 1974. She taught typing to ninth grade students at South Charleston Junior High for two years. In 1978, she completed her Masters Degree in Special Education, specializing in behavior disorders, learning disabilities, and educable mental impairment. She served as a special Needs Coordinator at Ben Franklin Vo-Tech Center for twelve years as Special Needs Coordinator and has worked at Carver for nineteen years as Special Needs Coordinator.
